1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) Attached Form 2 drawings, (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), and (6), among the second floors of the building stated in the attached Table 1 list;
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On October 4, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement between the Defendant and the second floor of the building listed in the attached Table 1, which is owned by the Plaintiff, with respect to the lease deposit amounting to KRW 3 million, monthly renting KRW 550,00,000, and the lease period of KRW 200,000,000,000,000,000,000 won for the second floor of the building listed in the attached Table 1 owned by the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).
B. As from August 2014, the Defendant did not pay rent. The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant regarding the name of the building at Daejeon District Court Daejeon District Court 2016Kadan1635, Nov. 17, 2016, and the conciliation was concluded that “the Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 1,100,000 for two months on November 18, 2016, and paid KRW 550,000 on September 18, 2016, and paid KRW 12,650,000 on September 18, 2016 (from December 1, 2014 to October 1, 2016).”
C. The Defendant paid KRW 12,650,000 for two months in accordance with the above protocol of mediation, but did not pay the remaining rent of KRW 12,650,00 for ten months until now.
On May 7, 2020, the plaintiff notified the defendant of the termination of the contract on the ground of the difference of land, and the above notification reached the defendant on May 7, 2020.

2. According to the facts of the above recognition, the lease contract of this case is deemed to have been lawfully terminated. Thus, the defendant is obligated to issue an order to the plaintiff for the leased object of this case and pay to the plaintiff 5,500,000 won with the interest rate of 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from June 24, 2020 to the day of full payment, as requested by the plaintiff, and damages for delay from June 1, 2020 to the day of full payment.
