1. As to KRW 308,500,000 and KRW 300,00,000 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall have 5% per annum from June 1, 2019 to December 9, 2019.
Reasons
1. On November 2, 2018, the Plaintiff lent KRW 300,000,00 to the Defendant around November 2, 2018.
On May 11, 2019, the Defendant agreed to pay the Plaintiff KRW 308,500,000,000, including the above KRW 300,000,000 and interest KRW 8,50,000,00, and prepared and paid the loan certificate to the Plaintiff by May 31, 2019.
Therefore, the defendant is liable to pay to the plaintiff the above KRW 308,500,000 as well as damages for delay of KRW 300,000 as principal.
