The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The main point of the grounds for appeal is that the lower court’s punishment (five million won of a fine) is too unreasonable.

2. In full view of various circumstances, including the Defendant’s age, character and conduct, environment, motive, means and method of committing the instant crime, circumstances after committing the crime, etc., the lower court’s sentence is too unreasonable, and thus, cannot be accepted, given that the Defendant’s argument is too unreasonable, since it does not seem that the Defendant’s punishment is too unreasonable.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
