Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a motorcycle B.

At around 16:05 on May 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) started from the front side of the new light shoot in an hero-dong in an hero-dong while under the influence of alcohol of 0.120%; and (b) driven the above motorcycle at a section of about 100 meters from the front side of the commercial blade in the same Dong to the front side of the same.
