Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, with respect to Defendant B, it shall be above two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A On March 31, 2017, the Daegu District Court sentenced on October 1 to a suspended sentence of three years for a violation of the Military Service Act.

4.8. The ruling becomes final and conclusive and is currently during the suspension of execution.

1. Defendant A

A.
