Punishment of the crime

On April 22, 2018, the Defendant driven a B cruise car under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.098% from the 10km section to the front road of the SK oil station located in the Eup/Myeon located in the same Si road from the front road of the cross-public road of the same Si road from the 10km section to the front road of the gas station located in the Eup/Myeon.
