A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 14, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a balone-line truck without obtaining a driver’s license from around 09:00 on June 14, 2018, to around 28 roads in front of the office of transmission at the Dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act, as the owner of the above ballon balone cargo vehicle, operated the foregoing cargo vehicle which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the same time and place.
