Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who has been sentenced two or more times to a violation of the Road Traffic Act or a violation of the Road Traffic Act after June 1, 2006.

On July 17, 2014, around 23:35, the Defendant driven a motor bicycle with approximately 10km section from the front of the Defendant’s house located in Samg-si B to the roads located in the Hanburi Ri in the same side of the case, without a vehicle driver’s license, under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.093%.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act as the owner of the above 1. Motor Vehicle Accident Compensation Act, while no one operates a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by the mandatory insurance of the motor vehicle, he/she operated the motor bicycle under the above 1.
