Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the captain of the military ship C (10 tons) at the time of childbirth.

Any person who intends to conduct inshore fishery business shall obtain permission for each fishing vessel or fishing gear from the Minister for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and no one shall manufacture, sell or load fishing gear, other than the fishing gear licensed, permitted, approved or reported, or prohibited from using.
