Defendant
On June 18, 2013, A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Medical Service Act due to a violation by the vice branch of the Daegu District Court. On the 26th of the same month, A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years.
1. No person who violates the Medical Service Act shall establish a medical institution, unless he/she is a doctor, etc. (referring to a doctor, herb doctor, dentist, assistance in child delivery, the State, a local government, a medical corporation, a non-profit corporation, a quasi-governmental institution under the Civil Act, or a quasi-governmental institution
A. Establishment of a medical institution using the name of the N Medical and Consumer Cooperative (2015 Gohap 179) is a juristic person established on the Daegu-gu Q and third floor to establish a medical institution, not a doctor, etc.

B is the president of the pertinent union from August 23, 2010 to May 18, 2012; a person registered as a director from May 18, 2012 to the present date; and P is a person registered as a director of the said union from July 23, 2010 to the present date.
