Defendant
A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.
However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants shall have the Republic of Korea nationality, and Defendant A shall enter the Republic of Korea for a short term (C2) visa on February 11, 2010, and enter the Republic of Korea for an illegal stay (C3) and Defendant B shall enter the Republic of Korea for a short term (C3) visa on February 12, 2014, and are illegal stay and persons without a certain occupation.
1. The Defendants’ joint criminal conduct
A. At around 01:30 on March 10, 2014, the Defendants: (a) 201: (b) 10, 2014, the Defendant 2: (c) 201:30, 201; (d) on the water of “G” operated by the Victim F in E in E, 200; and (d) 3 (e) fluorous pipes and gal cables consisting of approximately KRW 800,000 in the market price owned by the victim.
B. On May 26, 2014, at around 02:09, the Defendants entered into the water tank of “G” as described in the above paragraph (a) and entered the water tank, thereby containing the pipes and new shares in the aggregate amounting to KRW 652,00 in the market price of the victim, such as three luuouss containing new shares in advance.
As a result, the Defendants committed a theft of the victim's property on two occasions together.
2. The sole criminal conduct of Defendant A;
A. On March 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 01:30, the Defendant driven a Danland from 15-6, 2700, to the “G” road located in Ischeon-si E, without obtaining a driver’s license, on a section of approximately 5 km to the “G” road located in Ischeon-si.
B. On May 26, 2014, around 02:09, the Defendant driven the Danland without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 5 km section from around 15-6, 2700, to the “G” road located in Ischeon-si E., the Defendant driven the Danland.
