Punishment of the crime
The Defendant written indictment on November 29, 2012 is written on November 12, 2012, but it seems to be written in writing.
On October 23, 2013, the Seoul Northern District Court sentenced one year of imprisonment for special larceny, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the main prison.

1. On November 9, 2013, at around 24:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a back door of the entrance inside the 'E’ restaurant operated by the victim D in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) opened the back door; and intruded inside the restaurant into the restaurant; and (c) stolen KRW 30,000,000,00 for the money owned by the victim and stored at the lower margin.
2. On November 12, 2013, at least 24:00 on November 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) concealed bicycle kacks, etc., which were previously held in the back of the restaurant as described in paragraph (1); (b) opened a locker by cutting off the locker, and intruded inside the restaurant, thereby taking out food in the cooling system; and (c) cut off the food in the cooling system, with 300 won per annum and 50 million won per annum, at the market price owned by the victim in the calculating unit.
3. On November 20, 2013, around 24:00, the Defendant: (a) intruded inside the restaurant in the manner described in paragraph (1); (b) taken food in the air conditioners; (c) taken food in the air conditioners; and (d) stolen KRW 300,00,000, which was the victim of the damage in the west west.
4. On November 26, 2013, at around 24:00, the Defendant went into the back of the restaurant, as described in paragraph (1), and taken food in the air conditioners by intrusioning inside the restaurant in the same manner as described in paragraph (2), and cut off the food in the air conditioners, and used tobacco equivalent to KRW 2,500 at the market price of the victim’s possession in the front horse with the wall and 220 won per annum.
5. On November 27, 2013, at around 24:00 on the back of the restaurant as described in paragraph (1), the Defendant intruded inside the restaurant in the same manner as described in paragraph (2) and take out food in the cooling, and is owned by the victim who was in the U.S. west.
