A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant of assault and damage of property: (a) around 23:00 on April 18, 2018, the Defendant: (b) entered the victim’s room on the ground that the situation in which the Defendant used each other to the Defendant’s house and to the victim D (the age of 44) who was the wife at his house; (c) opened the victim’s room on the ground that the situation does not lead to mind; (d) led the victim to the ward, and (e) led the victim to the ward, “I want to die outside, so I want to die outside, I would like to do so.” (e) opened the window outside the bend and opened the victim’s door to the window; and (e) subsequently, E, the horses, the Defendant of the horse, was shicked the boom fright on the main container, shicked the bold and shicked the victim’s string with the dned floor by putting the flue, shing the victim.

2.
