1. The defendant shall individually select the plaintiffs (appointed parties) and the designated parties listed in the table of claim amount by attached workers.
Reasons
1. The plaintiff(s) and the designated parties to the claim are employed by the defendant and provide labor for each of the periods listed in paragraphs (3) through (4).
The defendant retired from office, and the defendant did not pay the wages in arrears described in paragraph (5) to the plaintiff (appointed parties) and the designated parties until now without the agreement on extension of the due date.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the Appointeds for delay damages calculated at the rate of 20% per annum under the Labor Standards Act and the Enforcement Decree of the same Act from the date of retirement to the date of full payment of each of the 14th day following the date when the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the Appointeds retired.
