Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

To the extent that it does not interfere with the defendant's right of defense, part of the facts charged was appropriately revised.

The Defendant, which he came to know through friendly B, had a mind to smoke by purchasing marijuana as a way of “malkine” method from a seller of marijuana C.

1. On November 16, 2018, the Defendant was requested to the effect that, upon receiving a request from C to the effect that “A would express his/her intent to purchase marijuana through “D”, a smartphone display room, and that C would confirm the fact that he/she is not an investigative agency,” the Defendant sent his/her identification card and his/her membership photograph, etc., and then, received a request from C to the effect that “(1) F Bank account (Account Number: G) bank account in the name of C, and deposits the purchase price for marijuana into H and I, but the depositor’s personal information is entered into H and I.”

On November 16, 2018, the Defendant, despite being aware of the fact that C received the payment of marijuana in the name of a third party by using the inner 'Spoot passbook' in order to avoid the tracking of the investigative agency, deposited KRW 180,000 in the borrowed-name account in the name of H in the name of H in the borrowed-name deposit account in the name of H in the name of e-mail, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and then sought KRW 1g of marijuana concealed from C while guiding the place where marijuana is hidden.

In addition, from that time until February 28, 2019, the Defendant appears to be a clerical error in the “44g” written indictment of marijuana 45gs as shown in the attached Table 1, in a manner that the Defendant deposits the price of marijuana into the borrowed account and finds the marijuana concealed in the place known by the seller of marijuana.

The sum of the items of "marijus" in attached Table 1 of the indictment is 45g, and 44g was written in the total column of "marijus" in the above table due to an error in calculation.

C. The purpose of purchase is to prevent C from investigating the detection of a narcotics crime.
