When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the actual operator of the B-learning passenger car.

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible.

Nevertheless, at around 18:25 on September 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) displayed a test color tag on the front of the “D” store located in Busan Metropolitan Government Y C to avoid the crackdown on parking and stopping; (b) set up waste bags at the front of the said vehicle, thereby making it difficult to identify the registration number plate by leaving the “F” portion of the said license plate on the front of the said vehicle.
