A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall commit any act of arranging sexual traffic, etc.

The defendant is a cafeteria operator in Busan Dong-gu C.

1. On May 13, 2015, the Defendant, at the above restaurant around 22:20 on May 13, 2015, arranged to engage in commercial sex acts, such as: (a) having an employee E, an employee, engage in commercial sex acts against men in the name-free circumstances of customers at around that time; and (b) having a customer receive KRW 100,00 from the customer and pay KRW 30,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won, from the customer; and (c) having the customer paid to E.

2. On May 18, 2015, the Defendant, at the above restaurant around 23:50 on May 18, 2015, assisted the Defendant to engage in commercial sex acts by having G and H, an employee of G and H, engage in commercial sex acts against the men on the name of customers in the vicinity of the restaurant at around 207 and 208, and by having them engage in commercial sex acts, from around 20,000 won each of them received 10,000 won from customers, and by having them pay 60,000 won each of them to G and H, and by having them pay 10,000 won each of them as an intermediary fee.
