1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On July 30, 2014, F entered into a real estate security trust agreement (hereinafter “instant trust agreement”) with the truster F, non-party company, OSB Savings Bank, Korea Co., Ltd., Korea Co., Ltd., Korea Co., Ltd., the first priority beneficiary of the first priority beneficiary, and the second priority beneficiary of the second priority beneficiary of the second priority beneficiary of the second priority beneficiary of the second priority beneficiary, with the trust property of 36 G apartment bonds and H large 145 square meters, including the instant real estate indicated in the attached Table, which is owned by the F, as trust property of this case (hereinafter “instant trust agreement”).
