The defendant shall pay 3,150,000 won to the plaintiffs and 12% per annum from August 5, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

With regard to the Plaintiff’s assertion as stated in the attached cause of claim (Provided, That the Plaintiff withdrawn the part of the Plaintiff’s claim for unfair benefit equivalent to the rent from July 3, 2020 to the completion of delivery, and reduced the rent claim amount in arrears from the date of pleading to KRW 3,150,00). The Defendant appeared at the date of pleading and made a statement to recognize it and led to confession.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay damages for delay at the rate of 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from August 5, 2020 to the date of full payment, which is clear from August 5, 2020 that the copy of the complaint of this case was delivered to the defendant according to the plaintiff's claim for the rent 3,150,000 won which is unpaid to the plaintiff, and therefore, it is so decided as per Disposition by the plaintiff's claim.
