Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 20, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence for larceny by the Ulsan District Court. On October 18, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 500,000 for larceny, etc.

On March 12, 2018, at around 13:30 on March 13:30, 2018, the Defendant removed the packaging sites of cosmetics, such as a beer cream, which are equivalent to the sum of 119,980 won, and stolen by inserting the gaps in the management of cosmetics, such as the victim D (29 years of age, south) in Suwon-gu, Busan.
