Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

From August 1, 2012 to July 26, 2014, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the road management authority, set up his/her C truck on the street in front of the community credit cooperatives located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and occupied and used the road by displaying the vehicle in front, following the vehicle, displaying the fruit on the side, and displaying it on the street.
