1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. He had been holding 2,008 square meters prior to the enforcement of the former Farmland Reform Act (amended by Act No. 31, Jun. 21, 1949; repealed by Act No. 4817, Dec. 22, 1994; hereinafter “former Farmland Reform Act”).

B. On December 1, 1959, the above land was divided into 574 square meters prior to the Namyang-si and 1,434 square meters prior to the J in Nam-si.

C. The registration of ownership transfer was completed on June 9, 1965 in the name of the Republic of Korea before the J in Yangyang-si, Nam-si (hereinafter “land before distribution”). On June 30, 1965, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on the ground of the completion of repayment to the school juristic person K on June 30, 1965, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on October 17, 1968 to the Yang-gun.

On December 26, 1980, the land prior to distribution was combined with 11,114 square meters of L School site in Namyang-si, Namyang-si. On July 8, 1992, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed in the name of the defendant Gyeonggi-do on the ground of succession to rights. The land prior to distribution was 10,718 square meters of the F School site in Namyang-si through the change of administrative district, division, merger, etc.

E. In the process of the above division, a part of the land was divided into 456 square meters in the Monyang-si, Namyang-si, and the above land was registered for the transfer of ownership in the name of the defendant Nam-si, Namyang-si on March 12, 2008 on the ground of an agreement on the acquisition of the public land.

F. Following the above process, the land prior to distribution was, among the 10,718 square meters in F School sites in Namyang-si, the part (A) of the portion of 4,540 square meters in the ship (hereinafter “instant land”) connected each point of the attached Table 1, 2, 3, 4, 16, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 12, and 4,540 square meters in sequence among the 4,5,6, 7, 8, 9, 16, and 4 of the attached Table among the 10,718 square meters in Seoul-si, Namyang-si, and the part (B) of 200 square meters in the ship (hereinafter “instant land”) connected each point of 4,556 square meters in order.

G. H died on June 30, 1997, and the Plaintiffs are the heir or substitute heir of H.

The Plaintiffs are the facts of the H’s death.
