A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The defendant pays 63,160,000 won to C who is an applicant for compensation.

3.2

Punishment of the crime

On September 26, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months at the Seoul Southern District Court for fraud, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 7, 2014.
