Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 26, 2016, the Defendant, at around 16:30 on August 26, 2016, discovered that he had a construction business operator install electric facilities from the fourth floor of the D Building, a co-ownership of the Defendant and the Defendant’s mother-friendly co-ownership of the Defendant, and argued that he had the construction business operator install electric facilities, he saw the victim’s knife once by hand, and cut off the victim’s chest into the bottom of the stairs, thereby causing injury to the victim, such as dump and tensions, which require approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
