1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. A. 66.93 square meters per floor among buildings listed in the attached Table.

B. From October 16, 2018, buildings above.

Comprehensively taking account of the respective descriptions and arguments of evidence Nos. 1 through 5, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on October 15, 2015, setting the lease deposit of KRW 10 million with respect to the building stated in the unit of paragraph (a) of the order No. 1, from December 1, 2015 to January 30, 2017, with the lease term of KRW 800,000,000,000 for monthly rent; the Defendant delayed payment for at least three years; the Plaintiff notified the Defendant of the termination of the lease agreement on October 17, 2017 on the ground of the above unit of land; thus, the Defendant delivered the building mentioned in the Disposition No. 1 to the Plaintiff; the Defendant is obligated to pay the unpaid monthly rent of KRW 10,000,000 from October 1, 201 to October 15, 2018.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
