Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 10, 2019, around 12:50 on June 10, 2019, the Defendant collected smartphones established by the video function in the Cuniversity D Campus lecture room located in the wife population B, and among those who are attending the “E” business, under his/her book, and taken two copies of the bridge, such as bucks and bucks on the name of the victim (n, 20) seated on the side of the Defendant.

On June 15, 2019, around 17:30 on June 15, 2019, the Defendant, within the reading room of the second floor of the Cuniversity D Campus Engineering Center located in the wife population B, in which the Defendant collected smartphones, which was set up by the video function, from among those seated at the seat, under his/her book, and tried to take two-time a bridge, such as a arche of the victim F (name, fluor, 22 years old) seated on the part of the Defendant’s body, but tried to take two-time a bridge, such as a arche of the victim, which was taken, but was not taken by the wind to mislead him/her, and taken three times through such a method as continuing to set the cell phone of the Defendant posted on the same floor, as well as continuously taking the bridge of the victim.
