1. The Plaintiff’s horizontal Housing Site case against the Defendant is a promissory note case with the Suwon District Court (Seoul District Court Decision 2010Da38, May 13, 2010).

[Indication of Claim] The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant and rendered a favorable judgment on May 13, 2010 and became final and conclusive on June 8, 2010. As such, the Plaintiff sought confirmation of the lawsuit for the interruption of extinctive prescription upon the maturity of the statute of limitations of the above claim.
