Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle B with detached motor vehicles.

On March 24, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.136% during blood transfusions, and proceeded with the rear path of the Kimpo Airport at the end of Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seoul, along the two-lanes of the said road.

피고 인은 위와 같이 음주를 하여 눈이 충혈되고 말이 어눌한 모습을 보이는 등 음주의 영향으로 정상적인 운전이 곤란한 상태에서 위 승용차를 운전하여 위 승용 차로 위 도로 중앙 분리대를 들이받고 위 승용차가 오른쪽으로 튕겨 져 나오면서 피의자의 승용차 오른쪽 옆부분으로 그 뒤에서 2 차로로 정상 주행하고 있던 피해자 C(48 세) 운전의 D 포터 2 화 물차 앞부분을 들이받아 피해자 C에게 약 8 주간의 치료를 요하는 경골 관절 융기의 골절 등의 상해를, 위 화물차에 동승하고 있던 피해자 E(38 세 )에게 약 5 주간의 치료를 요하는 우측 슬관절 부분 파열 등의 상해를 각각 입게 하였다.

As a result, the defendant was driving a motor vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, thereby causing the injury of people.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) driving a vehicle of 0.136% of alcohol concentration in blood at the time of the day set forth in paragraph 1, while under the influence of alcohol, and proceeded with 6 km from the upper dong of Seocheon-si to the point of the accident at the back of the Kimpo Airport of Gyeyang-gu in Incheon.
