Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person engaged in driving a FCA100 motorcycle (100C).

On May 4, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on May 20, 2016, and proceeded directly in the direction of the AW Center in the direction of the AW Center, the road of four lanes in front of the SW Center 75-4 Raak-dong, Ansan-si, Anasan-si.
