A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A quasi-Rape: (a) around 02:50 on May 20, 2017, the Defendant 201: (b) opened the victim E (at the age of 24) who was exposed to the laund at the entrance of the D laund at C laund at C on May 2017; (c) opened the victim’s chest and bridge; and (d) continued to sit the victim’s chest and bridge on the victim’s labbbbbbbbbb; and (d) opened the victim’s her panty with one hand, and put the other hand into the victim’s sexual flag at the victim’s panty; and (d) put the victim’s fingers into the victim’s sexual organ.

The Defendant, at around 03:00 on May 20, 2017, added the fingers into the victim’s sexual flag as set forth in the foregoing paragraph 1, and then moved to the victim’s her hand after deducting the victim’s amblock from the victim’s amblock, and then moving approximately 18 meters from the laundry to the 1st floor parking lot in the lap.
