Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has conducted real estate sale business.

Any person who intends to display or install advertisements, etc. prescribed by Presidential Decree shall obtain permission from or report to the competent authority, and shall not display or install advertisements, etc. in areas, places or objects prescribed by Presidential Decree in order to preserve scenic landscapes and public morals, prevent harm to the general public, and create a healthy and pleasant living environment, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, from February 19, 2017 to February 24, 2017, the Defendant posted 6 a banner of approximately 4.5 meters in width, 0.9m length at X, 0.9m length, on the street, which includes the content of “B”, such as the high school, Han light, Han light, Han light, High School, Korean Self-Governing Province, and Pungcheon-dong, Pungcheon-dong, the 1-dong Administrative Welfare Center, the street trees, traffic signals, and the sidewalk in the vicinity of the Samcheon-do Senior Citizens’ Society.
