The defendant shall be innocent.

1. Summary of the facts charged

A. On February 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 11:00, at the “D” mobile phone store in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the victim E (here, 19 years of age) who is a subordinate employee, sits in a sofa, and sits in the victim’s side by using any creshes inside the store, and then sits in the victim’s seat, and (b) made the victim refusing to be “I am fash. I do so once. I do so.” On the right hand, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against a person under his/her supervision by using his/her duties, such as having the victim’s chest fabs around five times with his/her clothes, with his/her left hand.

B. According to the records, the victim E worked at the “H” cell phone store located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from January 11, 2013 to around February 2, 2013 in the introduction of F with male-gu, and from February 5, 2013, the victim E worked at the instant cell phone store from January 28, 2013 to around February 2, 2013 in order to learn the mobile phone sales service. On February 3, 2013, the victim E worked at the instant cell phone store, and on February 4, 2013, the above “H” cell phone store from February 5, 2013 to the instant cell phone store from February 9, 2013, and only two persons worked at the instant cell phone store from February 20, 2013 to the instant mobile phone store, and the Defendant provided the instant mobile phone store with Article 22 in the instant mobile phone store around February 21, 2013.
