Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant committed the following crimes as a karaoke machine business operator who operates a singing practice room on the 1st underground floor of Chungcheongbuk-gun B.

1. On March 16, 2013, around 00:02, the Defendant sold five cans cans to customers under his/her name to 15,000 won and sold alcoholic beverages.

2. The Defendant received a demand from the above customers on the date and time and place indicated in paragraph (1) of this Article that he would give a good will, and the Defendant received 20,000 won from the above customers, and arranged for a loan by allowing the above customers to participate in entertainment with the above customers.

Article 34 (3) 2 of the relevant Act and Article 22 (1) 3 of the Music Industry Promotion Act (the point of sale of alcoholic beverages and the choice of fines), Article 34 (2) and Article 22 (1) 4 of the Music Industry Promotion Act concerning facts constituting an offense (the point of arranging a contact loan and the choice of fines);

1. Of concurrent crimes, the former part of Article 37, Article 38 (1) 2, and Article 50 of the Criminal Act (referring to the amount of concurrent crimes prescribed for the violation of the Music Industry Promotion Act due to arrangement of heavy concurrent crimes);

1. Articles 70 and 69 (2) of the Criminal Act for the detention of a workhouse;

1. It is so decided as per Disposition for not less than Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
