Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name of “C” from the second floor of Busan Northern-gu.

At around 21:00 on October 19, 2015, the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts by having the female employees and sexual intercourses with the mother's nationality, waiting in the place of business after receiving 1.20,000 won from the control police officers who pretended to be customers at the above place of business.
