A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 26, 2017, the Defendant, on the 21:00 Gyeongnam-si, Yangyang-si, and 202, made a two-face copy on the A4 paper using a composite device for the purpose of uttering at the home of the Defendant at the seat of the Defendant, namely, a knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife, respectively.

From that time until June 9, 2017, the Defendant, as well as the Defendant, committed the closure of the Republic of Korea used for the purpose of exercising by forging and withdrawing a total of 23 23 days of forgery and papering of a total of 23 pages, such as a list of crimes committed in attached Form 1 (1).

2. On May 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 22:50 on May 26, 2017, at E convenience stores located in Yangnam-si, Yangyang-si, as an employee, charged 10,000 won in transportation cards; and (b) exercised one copy of forged KRW 10,000,000 in advance, as described in paragraph 1(a), as the price therefor, in advance.

In addition, from that time until June 10, 2017, the Defendant exercised each forged paper, such as the list of crimes in attached Form 11, i.e., the list of crimes (2).
