A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 1,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

The Defendants respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A has been in charge of operating a sports center of “D” in Daegu Suwon-gu C from approximately five years ago.

When the defendant shows a demonstration against a trainee who has the age of elementary school students, etc. and who is not familiar with the Do, the defendant has a duty of care to inform the other trainee of the matters to be cautioned in order not to be injured against the demonstration, and to have a trainee who has the ability to properly respond to the demonstration of the defendant, and to allow him/her to counter the demonstration of the defendant.
