Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is the representative director of Defendant B who runs a siren business.

No automobile rental business operator shall transport or arrange for commercial passengers using commercial motor vehicles in response to the demand from others.

If the request for the brokerage of rental car according to the demand of foreign tourists induced by the travel agency, the company B prepared at that time a comprehensive contract to arrange the rental car held by its own company, and decided to operate its business in accordance with the differential rate table to receive or lower charges depending on time, distance, Gu, and region.

Defendant

A around 13:50 on February 16, 2015, in front of the Incheon Airport 272, the Jung-gu Incheon Airport departing from the Republic of Korea, Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon Airport, 272, in front of the departure of the Republic of Korea, the operator (65 years) requested for the carriage of D from the Japanese passenger, who is a driver, in receipt of a request from the e-mail Lone Star Co., Ltd., Ltd., and transported the above Japanese passenger from the K EX hotel in Samsung 159, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to the above place, and transported the passenger at a cost by using the commercial vehicle in response to the demand of the e-mail Co., Ltd.

2. Defendant B Co., Ltd. committed the same act of violation as described in paragraph (1) in relation to the business of Defendant B, a representative director.
