1. As to shares 3/5 of the real estate listed in annex 2:
A. Defendant B is the District Court of the Republic of Korea to Defendant C.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is F’s wife, and Defendant B is a child adopted by F and G, his former wife, and upon the death of F on June 27, 2012, the Plaintiff and Defendant B jointly succeeded to the property of the deceased and Defendant B’s netF (hereinafter “the deceased”).
B. G, the former wife of the deceased, died on January 30, 1987, and on January 12, 1991, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed in the name of the defendant B on January 30, 1987 with respect to each real estate listed in attached Form 1, which was owned by G.
C. As to the real estate listed in attached Form 2 owned by the Defendant C, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of the Defendant B, from No. 11983 received on November 7, 197 to No. 11983 received on October 29, 197.
The registration of transfer of ownership was completed in the name of the defendant B on March 20, 1962 with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 4573, May 3, 1962, which was owned by the defendant D, with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 3.
E. On December 31, 1967, No. 1511 received on December 31, 1967, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed in the name of Defendant B due to sale on December 29, 1967.

2. Determination as to the assertion on each real estate stated in the attached Table 1
A. Of the respective real estate indicated in the Plaintiff’s assertion, 3/5 shares in the title transfer registration in the name of Defendant B is null and void as the deceased inherited from G, the former wife, and the ownership transfer registration in the name of Defendant B was transferred to Defendant B. Since the Plaintiff inherited shares in the above real estate from the deceased, Defendant B is liable to implement the procedure for ownership transfer registration based on the restoration of the true name with respect to the said shares.
B. The deceased’s inheritance of each real estate listed in Appendix 1 from G.
