The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant was a police official belonging to the district unit having jurisdiction over the place of residence of the victim B (n, 39 years of age), and that was in a relationship with the victim from July 2019.

On December 6, 2019, the Defendant knew that the victim had sexual intercourse with the victim at the residence of the victim located in Incheon-gun, Incheon-gun, and then withdrawn KRW 2.7.80,000,00 from the Defendant’s account.
