1. Basic facts

A. The owner W on the registry of the land of this case completed the registration of ownership preservation on March 9, 1939 with respect to the land of this case.

B. W’s inheritance relationship due to the death of W was deceased on June 25, 1963, and the property was inherited by the head of Nam X, the South YY, and the married Z, respectively.

The Z died on September 8, 1972, and the husband and children inherited the property to A and his children, and the AA died on October 10, 1985, which eventually eventually succeeded to the defendant B, C, D, AB, and F.

X died on December 24, 1998 and succeeded to AD, AE, Defendant L, Defendant M, Defendant M, AF, and Defendant P, who are wife A and children, and died on November 16, 2006, and the shares were re- inherited to their children.
