1. Plaintiff A and B:

A. As to Defendant D’s KRW 485,089,112 and KRW 100,000 among them, Defendant D’s KRW 485,089,112 from February 14, 2012.

1. Basic facts

A. G’s death and family relation 1) G died on January 5, 2012 (Therefore, G is referred to as “the deceased”).

2) At the time of the deceased’s death, H had already died in 1998 (hereinafter referred to as “H”), and the deceased’s children were the Plaintiffs, Defendant D and E.

On the other hand, defendant D's spouse had I as his child, J and K as his child, and defendant F as his spouse, defendant F as his child, and M as his child.

3) The Plaintiffs, Defendant D, and E were co-inheritors with respect to the deceased’s property as the deceased died. 4) Thereafter, E died on July 2, 2012.

Therefore, E became co-inheritors with Defendant F, L, and M networks E. Accordingly, they became co-inheritors.

On September 25, 2012, L and M reported to the Seoul Family Court to waive inheritance of the deceased E, and received judgment on December 4, 2012. On September 28, 2012, Defendant F reported the qualified acceptance of inheritance of the deceased E’s property to the above court on September 28, 2012, and received judgment on December 14, 2012.

Each of the above repair trials was finalized around that time.

B. The deceased’s donation 1) Defendant D’s donation to Defendant D, I, J, and K (A) was made to Defendant D as follows:
