A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

8,562,50 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On August 23, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to five years by the Seoul High Court for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and was not a person who completed the enforcement of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on October 30, 201 and was not a narcotics handler.

1. The Defendant: (a) around June 2012, at the front of the gas station located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, at around 19:00 the end of the same month, sold approximately KRW 1.5 million purchase price for psychotropic drugs at the first floor of the building E-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E-gu at KRW 19:00,000; (b) around 18:00,000 following the day, the Defendant purchased a philopon purchased by means of finding a philopon under the G H standing signboard located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City at KRW 1.4g and approximately KRW 0.35g of the philopon purchased at KRW 300,000,000 to I.

2. On July 21, 2012, around 21:00, the Defendant sold approximately KRW 0.7 gh out of the penphones purchased in front of the K coffee shop of Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, to L and sold them. After about 30 minutes, the Defendant received KRW 600,000 from L in front of the above K coffee shop.

3. At around 20:00 on July 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 16:00 on the date of the same month, and around 3 days after the Kwikset service provider sent F from the article of Kwikset service, about 10 galphon, and sold approximately 10,000 g of 10 g of falphon to L with the purchase price of KRW 2,100,000 from the article of Kwikset Service located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City’s N Hospital; and (b) from then doing so, the Defendant collected about 10,000 g of falphon from the above L to sell it.

4. On August 16, 2012, the Defendant transferred the sum of KRW 2.180,000,000 to the National Bank account in the name of the National Bank account for F on August 16, 2012, including KRW 2.180,000,000,000 to Q Q bank account, to F, and the following day: (a) from the street in front of the Incheon R University located in Yeonsu-gu, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon.
