On February 23, 2017, at around 03:40, the Defendant driven B earth and car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 10km alcohol concentration of about 0.053% from the section of approximately 10km from the Mac-dong, Young-gu, Busan Metropolitan City to the Manc-dong.
