Punishment of the crime

On October 03, 2014, at around 07:40, the Defendant destroyed electronic sign boards, etc. for publicity, which are public goods in the city, by cutting off three chemical parts displayed at the entrance, and one chemical parts displayed on the square, which are public goods in the city of Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, which were applied for traveling expenses to B on duty at the office of Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, 168, but refused.
