At around 21:50 on June 23, 2015, the Defendant driven a 31 ton freight vehicle up to 500 meters in front of the Cheongong-gun, Cheongbuk-gun, Cheongbuk-gun, Gyeongbuk-gun, Gyeongbuk-gun, Gyeongbuk-gun, Gyeongbuk-gun, and 5137.
