1. The Defendant’s KRW 308,935,920 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from October 1, 2017 to March 5, 2018.

1. The following facts can be acknowledged in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in each entry in Gap evidence Nos. 1 to 5 (including the branch numbers if there is no dispute between the parties or if there is a serial number).

On December 21, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant, setting a deposit of KRW 150,00,000 per contract amount of KRW 7,50,000 per month, and KRW 10,000 per contract amount, and KRW 90,000,000 per contract amount of KRW 10,000,00, which is part of the deposit money, shall be paid as of January 30, 2016, respectively, as of December 30, 2016. The Defendant, the lessee of the Plaintiff’s facility site, which was installed on the leased object, purchased KRW 75,00,00,000, and the remainder amount of KRW 30,000 per contract amount, shall be paid as of January 30, 2016.

B. Following the change of the representative director, the Defendant: (a) concluded a new lease agreement on December 23, 2015 and June 28, 2016; (b) paid KRW 75,000,000 for the period of the establishment of facilities by dividing the amount of KRW 75,000,000 on June 25, 2016; and (c) KRW 25,000,000 on July 25, 2016; and (d) paid the amount of KRW 25,00,000 on August 25, 2016.

C. The Defendant did not pay management fees of KRW 13,565,040 for January, February, 2016, and September, 2017, and paid them by the Plaintiff on behalf of the Plaintiff. The rent began from April, 2016, and the cost of house-building was not paid on the fixed date.

On October 18, 2016, the Plaintiff sent this content to the Defendant by content-certified mail, and expressed his/her intent to terminate the contract without paying the full amount by October 30, 2016.

The Defendant’s failure to pay the management expenses, Hyundai Alley 2, a management office, was subject to the Seoul East Eastern District Court 2017Kadan50812, and the Plaintiff deposited KRW 57,631,760 with the amount of the deposit at sea on August 17, 2017 and repaid the amount of KRW 57,631,760 (the same court No. 3135 in 2017).

In addition, the plaintiff on September 19, 2017.
