A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

1.6 million won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. On November 9, 2015, the Defendant sent 7,50,000 won of the price for psychotropic drugs to B, within the Defendant’s car moving in a place where it is unknown at the time of night (hereinafter referred to as Chuncheon) and around November 9, 2015.

After that, B, around 02:00 on November 10, 2015, around 02:0, in D Game Establishments located in Chuncheon City, he saw 700,000 won out of the 7.550,000 won of the philopon paid by the Defendant to E, and received from E the philopon in three for a disposable injection machine, and around that time, he saw the philopon to the Defendant in the vehicle of the Defendant parked in the said D Game Lot.

B. On December 15, 2015, at around 16:00 on December 15, 2015, the Defendant provided B with 1.50,000 won of philopon in the Gel room located in Chuncheon CityF.

After that, at around 18:30 on the same day, B, in Chuncheon-si H’s “H” car page, he saw the above KRW 1.50,000 to I, and saw the above phiphone to the Defendant in the Defendant’s car parked on the road front of the above H’s “H” car.

C. At around 16:00 on December 25, 2015, the Defendant, at the I’s house located in SwitzerlandJ around 16:00, 200 won of philopon to I, and after approximately 30 minutes of philopon, i.e., half of philopon from I in the same place.

Accordingly, the Defendant sold philophones three times.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On November 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 21:00 on November 3, 2015, she dnited the philopic volume of philopon contained in E for a single-use injection device (the amount to be administered once) from Lmotoas located in K for a single-use injection device; and (b) dnited the philop into one’s arms.

B. The Defendant, around 23:00 on November 15, 2015, took a philopon in the three-story guest rooms located in Chuncheon City M from B for disposable use.
