Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 30, 2014, at around 22:45, the Defendant: (a) driven a C low-speed car (hereinafter “instant vehicle”) under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.174% without a driver’s license on November 30, 2014; (b) around 100 meters prior to the entrance of the instant vehicle on the front side of the Taep apartment, which is located at the seat of Pyeongtaek-si, in the front of the same day.

The Defendant injured by special obstruction of performance of official duties was under the control of drinking driving from E (the age of 20) while driving the instant vehicle at the time specified in Paragraph 1, and driving the instant vehicle at front of the entrance of Pyeongtaek-si at the seat of Pyeongtaek-si.

E, as it is necessary to put alcohol reduction equipment into the window of the driver’s seat of the instant vehicle and keep the alcohol reduction room so as to be punished as a pacted driving, the Defendant, and the Defendant start the instant vehicle in a state of eromatic loss inside the window of the driver’s seat of the instant vehicle, and the eromatic loss was faced with the window of the instant vehicle, and the impact was caused by E to go beyond the asphalt road.

As a result, the Defendant carried a motor vehicle, which is a dangerous object, interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers concerning the crackdown on drinking driving, and thereby caused E to suffer injury, such as chest salt, tension, etc. requiring medical treatment for about three weeks.
