1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 45,104,043 as well as KRW 44,749,613 as to the Plaintiff.

1. In full view of the entries in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 4 and the purport of the whole pleadings as to the cause of the claim, the facts recorded in the grounds of the claim can be acknowledged and there is no counter-proof.

2. If so, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the plaintiff 45,104,043 won (the additional guarantee fee of KRW 44,749,613 plus KRW 354,430) and the remaining subrogated repayment of KRW 44,749,613, as the previous judgment became final and conclusive, 17% per annum from February 29, 2008 to April 8, 2010, and 20% per annum from the next day to the last day of delivery of the copy of the complaint until August 18, 2020, and 12% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment. Thus, the plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
