Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 11, 2015, the Defendant was a person who was born as a candidate for the president of a cooperative throughout the country at the first simultaneous election of the president of a cooperative, which was implemented on March 1, 2015.

No one shall engage in an election campaign except during the period of an election campaign.

On November 18, 2013, the Defendant sent a text message to 3,138 members of the said union, including E, using “D,” a text message, which is a site for sending letters, at the Defendant’s house located in C, and carried out an election campaign by sending it to 3,138 members of the said union, including E, “B, if it is necessary to reflect it in the agricultural cooperative’s internal plan and budget

In addition, the Defendant sent text messages in the same way 16 times in total as shown in attached Form 1 (2) between February 11, 2015 and carried out an election campaign when it is not during the election campaign period.
